Different Kinds of HGH Supplements on the Market

There are many commercial products that are advertised to promote HGH release.  Many of them are simply extremely expensive versions of the amino acids known to cause HGH release.  Some of these products do work, but often at a large price.

#1: Synthetic HGH injections

HGH injections, can cost more than $20,000 a year. The physicians who prescribe it make bold promises: Besides redistributing body fat and building lean muscle; HGH is reputed to enhance memory, sex drive and cardiovascular capacity, increase skin firmness and elevate mood.
There's also concern that long-term use can cause a hormone imbalance in the body. Human growth hormone is a prescription medicine in the United States and Canada, but does not require a prescription in all countries. The only safe and legal way to purchase synthetic HGH injections is with a valid doctor's prescription.

#2: HGH Releasers pills and HGH sprays

HGH sprays on the market don't contain enough HGH to have any biological effect as HGH molecule is far too large to be absorbed through the membranes of the mouth. There are many HGH pills on the market that claim to releaser HGH into the body but yet have to be cleared by the FDA.

#3: Homeopathic HGH

One of the most controversial forms of HGH supplementation -- it's still considered unproven by the scientific medical community.
To date, only one study has been done (by the National Institute of Health) on homeopathic HGH; certainly not enough to provide adequate evidence this is a safe and effective alternative.

It involves taking extremely small doses of synthetic HGH 2-3 times daily, to stimulate the body's own immune and endocrine systems to produce more of its own HGH.
